English Language Placement Test (ELPT)

The English Language Placement Test (ELPT) is an in-house placement test administered to all incoming students who are nonnative speakers of English, with limited exemptions. The test is offered 6-8 times per year and is given at Testing Services, located in Wilson Hall, Room 225 (WH 225).

Currently, there is no cost for the test when taken as an initial proficiency check.

The ELPT is conducted in Wilson Hall.   Please report to Testing Services, in Wilson Hall, Room 225, at 8:45 a.m. on the test day. Directions are available at: http://testing.uah.edu/directions.php
